Prophecy of ancient prophets confirmed.
Emmanuel, root of Jesse, the branch.
To bring in everlasting righteous.
Condemning sin in the flesh.
The flesh fallen and depraved,
Ruling over the soul, fostering death.
The flesh, a tool of sinfulness.
The flesh, ever contending with the spirit.
The second Adam conquered the flesh.
Sinless and pure, holy and perfect.
Tasted death in absolute blamelessness.
Thus the sentence of death, was borne for all.
Death reigns from Adam over humanity.
Disobedience brought death and curses.
Jesus the second Adam obeyed God till death.
His death, our life; being accursed, our blessing.
The ‘word’ is the expression of divine mind.
The ‘flesh’ is the expression of human vice.
In Christ, the divine mind conquered human vice.
Bringing forth a generation aligned with God.
The word became flesh.
So that flesh may become the word.
Written epistles in sanctified hearts.
To be read by the whole world.
Redemption of men from sin,
Is shown by living aligned to God.
The purpose of the incarnation,
Is shown by former villains becoming saints.
